Recorded in 2023, mastered in 2025, and released on the anniversary of her mother's passing, "Dépouille"—from the French 'dépouiller', meaning "to strip," "to rob," "to skin," or "to lay bare"—is Ruth's response to consecutive years of loving, losing, and beginning again.
